Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy
1. EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to withdraw from the purchase without justification.
2. Withdrawal Procedure

- Return the product within 14 days after notification.
3. Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- Be in original condition with tags and packaging intact;
- Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless:
- The product is defective;
- The wrong item was delivered.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment, using the original payment method.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are limited to size or model changes.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
Customers must notify defects within 7 days of delivery. Hadassa Femme will cover return shipping and replacement costs.
8. Hygiene and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items (e.g. intimate apparel) may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, as permitted by law.
